How It Works for Your Customer

ChargeWay is an industry leader in home EV charging equipment installations. We
provide your clients with a seamless customer experience for the installation of their home
charging equipment.

Step 1 - Equipment Delivery

Home Charging Equipment is delivered directly to your customer’s home

Step 2 - Receive Information

The customer will be connected with an EV charging expert who is licensed and insured.

Step 3 – Schedule Appointment

When you customer is ready their assigned installer will book an appointment.

Step 4 - Professional Installation

Installation is completed by a local certified EV installer. That's it!

What I can expect?

  • Installation of a Level 2 hardwired charging station or a NEMA 14-50 outlet to be used with a Level 2 charging cord (may be included with your vehicle)
  • Level 2 charging station (if selected)
  • Main panel load calculation to assess available capacity
  • Permit and inspection (as required by local jurisdiction)
  • Provide and install code-compliant electrical wiring and protective tubing
  • Provide and install a new, properly sized breaker in panel
  • One (1) Year warranty on parts and labor (charge station warranty separate)
  • Electrical Panel upgrades should your available capacity not be sufficient (you may choose to make arrangements with your installer)
  • Drywall, stucco, plaster, concrete or any other repairs to walls, ceilings or floors if penetration is required for wiring runs
  • Any trenching required if your garage is detached
